Dear Olivia,
When the doctor told me for the gender reveal ultrasound that I am having a girl, we were all so excited and happy! We can’t wait to meet you and I can’t wait to dress you up. I always wanted a girl as my second child and you are absolutely a dream come true.
I can’t believe you are already 4 years old, time flies indeed. It just seems like not long ago, I gave birth to you. It took me an hour to push you out of my womb, the doctor gave up and started to get the Forceps delivery ready to ease you out of my womb. But I gave my one big push that I felt like I almost pooped (glad I didn’t), then you finally came out. I don’t want that stainless steel touch your tiny precious head. You will probably be fine but I was just paranoid. You are a great addition to the family, you are like the missing puzzle that makes our family more perfect.
You are an amazing little girl. You are smart, strong and beautiful inside out
When you were still a baby, I kind of felt bad because I can’t give you my all. You never experienced all my attention. It’s always been divided between you and your brother. But you are one incredible little baby, you were very advanced on your milestones and always finds your way to shine. You always get us with your wit and cute little smile. We just love you for the way you are.
You love to give hugs and kisses to everyone close to you. You tell me many times in a day, you love me. You like to cuddle next to daddy while watching TV, daddy’s arms is always the best.
Every time we picked up Lucas from school or we visited him to school, you always run up to him and screamed at the top of your lungs “Lucas!” (while giving him a hug) the people looked at you and when they saw you, it made them smile because you are so adorable. You love your big brother so much and you love to play with him. You also love to spend time with Papa (grandpa), Nana (grandma) and Uncle Jr. You make them laugh and happy for just being you.
You just love to show your love to everyone. Your affection have no limits and boundaries to the people close to you.
You are truly a girly girl, you like to play tea party, dolls and play dress up all day! But you don’t mind playing the boy’s games and toys. After all, you are surrounded with boys. Your brother, cousin and all your mom’s friends kids are all boys. That’s okay, you will always be special. You will have lots of bodyguards.
You also love to sing. Your favorite right now is “Get Back Up Again” from the movie Trolls. I love that song too, it has very good message. One thing that gets me is that, you always sing at the back of the car when the radio is on. When we turn our head to watch you sing or give you praises, you stop singing. After that, when you sing we just pretend we weren’t listening so you can have your own moment, but we were actually listening and you are so cute.
And when I ask you what do you want to be when you grow up, you want to be a ballerina. That is amazing! You can be whatever you want to be.
You are precious Olivia, you are one of a kind. You are the daughter I always dreamed of. Like, I always said. You are a dream come true and all of us, your family will always love you no matter what.
Dream big and follow your dreams my little girl.
Happy 4th Birthday!
Love,
Mama
