Mommy and Me Preppy Transition Outfit
On me: skirt / top / shoes/ bag On Olivia: dress/ shoes/ hat Fall is coming but the weather is not quite there yet. So it’s kind of challenging to dress up during transitional season. Usually it’s warm during the day and then the weather suddenly drops around night time. Some days it’s freezing cold. When you live in the midwest, the weather gets really crazy. Today, you will be wearing a tank top, the next day you will be wearing a jacket. A light jacket or cardigan is always handy in the car during this transitional season. Today, i’m sharing a preppy transitional look. This 30 something momma is fantasizing ala Blair Waldorf look lol. We are heading to an event that day and i thought this would be perfect for the occasion. Just simple yet also chic.
On Becoming Our Best Self + $800 Nordstrom Giftcard Giveaway !
Each one of us are unique. We all have different perceptions on what makes us feel our best self, it could be anything but we all have one common goal, how to achieve our best self. Here are some of the things i’ve learned. I am also trying my best to work on it every single day. I believe that emotional connection to oneself is very important above anything else. It is a driving force girl. You could be the most intellectual , most creative and/or the richest person in the planet but if you are emotionally disconnected to your self, we feel emptiness and unsatisfied.

Mommy and Me + Nordstrom $800 Gift Card Giveaway
On me : skirt / top / blazer / bag / sandals / sunglasses On Olivia : dress other option here / shoes Another day, another mommy and me look. If you followed me on Instagram i’m sure you’ve seen this outfit already. I have so much going on, i swear i can’t keep up with my blog but that’s okay i chose to be graceful to myself and accept that things happen for a reason. Anyway, i would love to talk about my suit outfit here that i bought from Nordstrom during their Anniversary sale. This suit pretty much reminds me of the 90’s movie Clueless. Women wearing stylish suits were the thing back in the 90’s ,i remembered my mom and aunts used to sport them a lot. Fashion is truly a cycle, it comes and goes. The other day my daughter just randomly told me when she grows up she wants to do fashion too like me. I was laughing , she is so cute ! But most of all i was shocked, i don’t think i’m fashionable at all. I like shopping for clothes that’s for sure, i like fashion of course but i don’t think i’m fashionable enough. It just to show that we as parents have to be good role models because our kids are looking up to us. It’s really hard though because we are not perfect. This coming school year, she is going to full day Kindergarten that means we have less mommy and me dates during the week. She told me she is going to miss doing pictures together, i’m going to miss it too. I really do. My weekdays is never going to be the same with both kids in school whole day. I’m sure i’m going to keep myself busy, i already have schedules and plans but still, it’s hard. Thank you so much for reading. Now why don’t you join this amazing giveaway! Twinning in Swimzip
Summer weather is finally here in Michigan ! It seems like our long weekend went by so fast and i’m looking forward for more pool days. Today, i would like to talk about this cute mommy and me swimsuits from Swimzip. Just fyi, this brand Swimzip provide highest rated 50+sun protective fabric on their swimsuits, rashguards, trunks, sunshirts, hats and more beachwear products. It is really essential to be protected from the sun around this season and what better way to do this in style, most especially when we are twinning. My daughter loves our twinning swimsuits so much, i even had her picked the print. I’m glad she picked this one because i love it too, it has that 70’s retro vibe with a modern twist and I’m obsessed with it. Now let me talk about the fit because that’s also one of the most important thing on finding the perfect swimsuit. For reference, i’m 4’11 and 103 lbs. The stretch of the fabric is very well made and snugged perfect on the body. It doesn’t rolled down or rolled up at all. For little girls reference, my daughter is 5 years old and this swimsuit is 4t. Just so you know my daughter is petite among her peers and i always buy size 4 t on most of her clothes. You should give this swimsuit brand a try and let me know what you think! Thank you so much for reading and have a great summer! *I am compensated by Swimzip in this post. All opinions are mine. However, i only accept products and services that benefits my readers.
