The rollercoaster of emotions the year 2020 has brought us is an understatement and a memorable one indeed. Sometimes we just want something fun, light, and a little fantasy (wink). So this show on Netflix, called Emily In Paris got me inspired to recreate some looks that are already in our closets. Since we can’t travel anywhere right now, we thought a little Parisian outfit would be cute for the day. And this is not just a photoshoot session, we actually went to the mall, Target, and Home Depot.
It’s so funny, my daughter was like ” Mama, we got lots of compliments on our outfits! ” I think that was cute and yes, we are kind of overdressed that day. But oh well, we’ve gone through so much in 2020 that sometimes you just have to let things go and not overthink. It was a fun girls’ day out. She is so much fun to shop with now, we are like little besties.
Have some fun and create some looks even if you don’t really go anywhere. I’ve had enough of leggings and sweatpants lol. At least, that day. If you want, you can shop for our mommy and me look down below.
